About Us
Birds in Focus, Inc. (BIF) is a company that offers high-quality frames, books, and merchandise featuring wild bird photographs as well as creative designs, illustrations, and graphics inspired by Philippine birds.
BIF has a carefully curated book selection from both local and international publishers about birds, other wildlife, and the environment. BIF is registered with the National Book Development Board (NBDB) and is a member of the Book Developers Association of the Philippines (BDAP). It is also a licensed distributor of books from John Beaufoy Publishing (United Kingdom) and Lynx Nature Books (Spain).
BIF collaborates with other Filipino artists, authors, and conservation groups in a variety of projects that are centered on its advocacy for the Philippine Eagle, as well as other Philippine wildlife and their habitat.
The Haring Ibon brand under the BIF company is a premium brand offering a variety of products ranging from books and apparel to household décor, accessories, and stationery.
The spark that ignited the growth in the brand is the Haring Ibon coffee table book, the first of its kinds, focusing on the Great Philippine Eagle. All Haring Ibon products highlight the Philippine Eagle and other endemic birds of the Philippines.
Our library houses the most comprehensive collection of Philippine bird books in the country, from field guides to artistic coffee table books, offering a unique insight into Philippine avian biodiversity.
Our Advocacy
BIF is committed to supporting environmental protection and the conservation of Philippine natural resources as part of our advocacy and corporate social responsibility. We have made it company policy to allot 10% of our net income from Haring Ibon products to conservation efforts for the Philippine Eagle and other endangered Philippine birds and wildlife, as well as their habitat.
