Haring Ibon in the 2024 Philippine Experience
Birds in Focus, Inc. (BIF) recently joined the Department of Tourism's Philippine Experience Program (PEP) in Central Luzon held at Adventure Cove in Subic Bay.
Featuring the newly-launched book "Birds of Subic Bay" by Vinz Pascua, BIF showcased its Haring Ibon merchandise, a selection of books, and Bird Finder Philippines bird tours.
During the morning of the Philippine Experience Program, SBMA Chairman Eduardo Alino gave Department of Tourism Secretary Christina Garcia Frasco a copy of Vinz Pascua's Birds of Subic Bay during a meeting to discuss the tourism potential of Subic, Zambales, and Olongapo City.
Through SBMA Chairman Eduardo Alino, copies of Vinz Pascua's Birds of Subic Bay were given as tokens to the distinguished guests of the Philippine Experience Program, including His Excellency Ambassador Lai Thai Binh of the Embassy of Vietnam and his wife, Madame Nguyen Thi Thuy; His Excellency Ambassador Tull Traisorat of the Embassy of Thailand; Councellor Ms. Nurfarahliza Putri Naaim Yazid and Assistant Trade Commissioner Mr. Adhwa Azmil of the Embassy of Malaysia; and Deputy Director Ms. Rohana Binti Dahalan of Tourism Malaysia.
