From Desteleria Barako comes the award-winning Ube Cream Liqueur, now with a Haring Ibon Special Edition. The vodka is made from sugar cane from Negros, filtered with coconut husk sourced from Mindoro. The ube is grown in Batangas and is boiled and turned into a paste with cream and sugar.
The Haring Ibon Special Edition is made with cream specially flown in from the Netherlands. It’s best served chilled. It can be consumed neat, on the rocks, layered on shooters, or a boozy Halo-halo.
